Good understanding of Dynamics 365 Sales module.

Nice to have experience of Migration from Salesforce to Dynamics 365

Understanding of few Dynamics 365 Sales premium features Sequences Segments etc. (Screen shot below) Sales Analytics

Understanding of new Community features (similar to Yammer) but Viva Engage Swarm etc.

Good understanding of Dataverse concept related integration patterns.

Ability to code if required feature in Power Automate
