    Location: Juhu

    Working model: Onsite

    Days: Monday to Saturday

    Budget: (subject to interview, experience and negotiations)

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate and manage the celebrity's complex schedule, including appointments, meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all communication directed to the celebrity, including emails, phone calls, and messages.
    • Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for domestic and international trips.
    • Act as a liaison between the celebrity and media outlets, managing press inquiries, interview requests, and publicity opportunities. Ensure positive media coverage and handle any crisis communication situations effectively.
    • Oversee the planning and execution of special events and appearances, such as film premieres, award shows, and charity galas. Coordinate logistics, guest lists, and promotional activities to ensure successful events.
    • Manage and prioritise tasks, deadlines, and deliverables on behalf of the star.
    • Maintain confidential files, documents, and records with discretion and confidentiality.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, industry contacts, partners, collaborators, and fans.
    • Assist in negotiating contracts, agreements, and endorsements on behalf of the celebrity. Ensure favourable terms and conditions while protecting the celebrity's interests and brand integrity.
    • Provide administrative support to the celebrity and their team, including managing calendars, expenses, and documentation. Handle any other tasks or ad hoc projects as needed.

    Requirements & Skills:

    • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in the entertainment industry.
    • Excellent organisational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
    • Discretion and confidentiality are paramount, with the ability to handle sensitive information with tact and integrity.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with productivity tools and software.
    • Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends, and to travel as needed.
