Job summary
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead and manage end-to-end financial operations for startups and mid-sized entities. The role requires a deep understanding of accounting, compliance,financial analysis reporting strategic planning responsibility include preparing reviewing financial statements managing receivables payables inventory performing bank reconciliations analyzing business unit-wise segment-wise profitability coordinating supporting statutory internal tax audits ensuring timely compliance with regulatory filings handling TDS reconciliation GST input-output reconciliation establishing monitoring internal controls implementing SOPs evaluating credit risk assessing vendor/customer creditworthiness engaging collaborating train mentoring junior finance staff.
