    Lead - Internal Communications


    Responsibilities:


    Develop and implement a site specific communication strategy and plan to effectively convey key messages internally, including identification and implementation of key communication channels.


    • Work closely with the People Director to create compelling and clear communication materials, including newsletters, presentations, emails, and other relevant content where required.
    • Responsible for the development, coordination and delivery of all communications deliverables.
    • Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all communication channels, ensuring the right tone of voice aligned with the culture.
    • Working closely with the Senior Leadership team and People Director, develop an employee engagement plan and implement engagement initiatives as relevant.
    • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leaders and project teams.
    • Conduct regular feedback sessions to gauge the effectiveness of communication and engagement efforts.
    • Provide coaching and guidance to stakeholders in how to effectively communicate key messages.
    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of engagement and communication strategies.
    • Regularly assess and report on the effectiveness of initiatives, making datadriven recommendations for improvement

    Skills Required:

    • 10 years plus experience in a global communication roles, preferably within a Shared Capability Centre or similar environment.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to articulate complex messages in a simple way and adapts style to suit the audience.
    • Adept at using data & insights can manipulate data & generate insight and uses this to solve problems and shape strategy
    • A commitment to diversity, equity & inclusion.
    • Evidence of project management skills
    • Strong stakeholder management skills, able to influence and guide the SLT.
