Job summary

We are seeking an experienced PostgreSQL Developer to design, implement and maintain robust scalable database systems that power critical applications ensuring data integrity high performance and efficient data flow.

Responsibilities

  • Database Design & Development: Design develop and maintain efficient database schemas tables indexes and complex data models.
  • SQL & PL/pgSQL:
  • Write optimize and tune complex SQL queries stored procedures functions and triggers.
  • Performance Tuning: Analyze execution plans optimize indexing strategies tune database parameters MVCC VACUUM resolve performance bottlenecks.
  • Data Management: Implement backup recovery replication disaster recovery strategies.< ul > < li > Collaboration Work closely with software developers data architects BI teams to integrate databases with applications security best practices maintenance support upgrades patching monitoring documentation < / li >
