    About the team

    FIS is building a community of engineers to develop and then commodities a catalogue of enterprise wide consumable products that can easily and repeatably be scaled and deployed across our global Merchant Cloud & Automation Services (\architecture. The products you develop will help drive our organization towards our strategic principle 'Cloud First' and our successes will be measured through the continued adoption of our MCAS products and services. Operating within a collaborative SAFe environment, we aim to deliver effective solutions focused on business value.

    What you will be doing

    Assigned to the most highly visible, sensitive and critical projects and may be used in a consulting capacity. Typically requires a minimum of 5 plus years Product Testing, implementation and/or conversion experience with a demonstrated ability to handle high project complexity.

    Develops strong working relationships with assigned FIS clients.

    Work with Group on outstanding issues, comply with customer requests and respond to client inquiries.

    Provides support in research and resolution of problems and inquiries.

    Maintains comprehensive knowledge of applicable products, services and company policies and procedures.

    Interpersonal skills and technical product knowledge and expertise are critical to responding to daily Client-centric activities.

    Participate in regularly scheduled status calls with Group and client to discuss important key service topics, to review projects in clients queue and to discuss available service offerings.

    What you bring:

    Requires good working knowledge of FIS systems as well as the industries in which FIS competes for business. OMNI knowledge is a plus.

    Ability to understand and apply concepts.

    Ability to handle job expectations.

    Ability to analyze and solve problems using learned techniques and tools.

    Team skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships both internally as well as externally (as required).

    EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Computer science or related discipline or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
