    Training Lead - Therapy Building Commercial Capabilities

    • Reviewing global content and developing local content for online Disease curriculum, FAQ bank, and monthly online modules and assessments.
    • Leading local and global initiatives.
    • Collaborating with Medical and Marketing teams to develop distance learning materials for the Sales force.
    • Designing and delivering elearning courses, workshops, and training sessions.
    • Conducting followup and feedback sessions through audits and subsequent online meetings.
    • Creating FAQ banks, message delivery tools, and videos for effective sales calls.
    • Identifying and mentoring ASMTs for the field force.
    • Ensuring interactive and timely delivery of panIndia salesforce training programs to develop key behaviors and competencies.
    • Generating highquality salesforce audit reports and working with SFE Manager to address performance deficiencies before and after product or campaign launches.
    • Utilizing various resources to stay updated and enhance knowledge and skills as a learning and development professional.
    • Proactively developing a deep understanding of subject matter.
    Collaboration with Business:


    • Conducting pre and poststrategy meeting primers, assessments, detailing story creation, and master moves.
    • Participating in key business meetings as a strategic partner to align training with business goals.
    • Conducting needs assessments and supporting analysis work.
    • Developing and executing implementation and evaluation plans for learning solutions.
    • Conducting training sessions and Train the Trainer (TTT) sessions for the Sales force and facilitating audits during and after strategy meetings.
    • Facilitating reaudits for individuals in need and publishing overall scores to address and rectify gaps.
    • Attending and actively participating in Cross-Functional Team (CFT) meetings.
    • Monitoring and evaluating CFT progress against Training scorecards.
    • Creating program plans, including timelines and resource allocation, to address performance gaps or achieve desired outcomes.
