    The primary objective of this role is to oversee the front office, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for guests.



    • Tidy and Presentable Workspace: Maintain the front desk area with all necessary materials (stationery, forms, paper etc.) and ensure it remains well-stocked at all times.

    • Greeting and Welcoming Guests: Develop a welcoming atmosphere by greeting visitors warmly.

    • Communication Skills: Respond effectively to questions, address any concerns or complaints from guests in a professional manner.  Utilize polite language when interacting with clients over the phone or in-person.
