We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Functional Tester with Mobile Banking & API Testing experience to join our growing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of our mobile banking application and its associated APIs.

You will work closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into comprehensive test cases.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute test plans for mobile banking features and functionalities across various platforms (iOS, Android, etc.).Conduct thorough API testing using industry-standard tools and methodologies (e.g., Postman, SoapUI).Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to understand user requirements and translate them into effective test casesIdentify, document, and report defects using bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira, HP ALM etc.).Participate in UX reviews and provide constructive feedback from a tester's perspective.

Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in mobile banking and API testing.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality releases.
Document test results and maintain clear testing artifacts

Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in functional testing of mobile banking applications and APIs.
Strong understanding of mobile banking functionalities (payments, transfers, account management, etc.).Good experience in Banking Domain and related functionalities.
Experience with API testing tools and methodologies (Postman, SoapUI, etc.).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
A meticulous eye for detail and a passion for quality assuranceEffective communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with Agile methodologies and a collaborative work style (a plus).
