    AVP Trainer:Bancassurance for Mumbai

    Job Description :

    He/ She will be dealing withHNI clients across India.

    He/ She will have totravel at least 1012 Days in a month across India

    He/ She has to identify the areas in which KLI Employee/Partner Employee require training to help them perform better intheir respective jobs.

    He/ She has to identifythe training needs of KLI Employee/ Partner Employee inconsultation with the employees and stakeholders.

    Identifying and assessing future and current trainingneeds

    Preparing the Training calendar for theMonth

    On the basis of training calendar thetraining manager has to ensure that the training programs areorganized in consultation with the department heads to ensure fullparticipation.

    Evaluation of each trainingprogram in terms of Improvement in the performance of KLI Employee/Partner Employee.

    Post evaluating the trainingprogram the training manager has to implement learnings fromevaluation in planning better training programs in the future toensure that each stakeholder of training benefits from the trainingprograms

    Should have almost 8 Years experiencein Training in Insurance domain

    Should haveExcellent communication & Presentation skills.

    Experience: 8 Yearsexperience in Training in Insurance domain
