    The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, the ability to build rapport quickly, and a customer-centric mindset that emphasizes satisfaction and retention. They will work closely with marketing and customer service teams to provide excellent service while identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

    • Presentation of our products/services to potential customers.
    • Development and maintenance of strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
    • Follow-up with leads to ensure a seamless transition through the sales process.

    Requirements
