    Description

    Job Description:

    • Role Overview: Lead and execute development and implementation of SAP MDG solutions, focusing on master data management, system integration, and IT data processes to ensure high-quality, accurate, and consistent enterprise data.
    • SAP MDG Development: Design and develop SAP MDG solutions using ABAP, REST APIs, Idoc interfaces, and ETL integrations; perform data modeling and master data architectural tasks.
    • Integration & Interfaces: Implement system integrations across SAP and non-SAP environments, leveraging APIs, Idocs, and ETL processes for seamless data flow.
    • SQL & Data Management: Work extensively with SQL databases and manage data transformations, validations, and quality checks.
    • Agile Methodology: Participate in Agile (SCRUM) ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives; contribute to process improvements.
    • Tools & Version Control: Use GIT for version control and collaborative development.
    • Testing & Automation: Apply automated testing tools to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and system stability.
    • Collaboration & Mentoring: Mentor junior team members, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and guide best practices in MDG development.
    • On-Call Support: Be available for critical system issues and participate in on-call rotations as required.
    • Professional Skills: Exhibit strong communication in English, initiative, adaptability, results orientation, stress resilience, and teamwork.

    Mandatory Qualifications & Requirements:

    • Experience: 4-6 years of SAP MDG development experience, including ABAP, REST API, Idoc, and ETL integrations.
    • Skills: SAP MDG, ABAP, REST API, Idoc interfaces, ETL, SQL, data modeling, Agile/SCRUM, automated testing, GIT, system integration, master data architecture.
    • Attributes: Initiative, adaptability, teamwork, mentoring capability, results-oriented, stress-resistant, professional communication.
    • Preferred: Scrum Master experience is a plus.
