Job description
We are seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Immigration Visa Counselor to guide clients through visa and immigration processes. The ideal candidate will assess eligibility, explain suitable visa options, and assist clients in preparing accurate documentation to ensure successful applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel clients regarding immigration options (PR, Study Visa, Work Permit, Visitor Visa, Business Visa, etc.).
- Assess client profiles and determine eligibility for different countries.
- Provide detailed information about immigration laws, documentation, and procedures.
- Assist clients in preparing and reviewing visa applications.
- Coordinate with documentation and processing teams.
- Maintain updated knowledge of immigration policies and regulations.
- Follow up with clients for documentation and payment schedules.
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM/software.
- Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- +2, Graduate / Postgraduate (any stream).
- 1–4 years of experience in immigration consultancy or visa counseling preferred.
- Strong knowledge of immigration programs (Canada, Australia, UK, USA, Schengen, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and convincing ability.
- Ability to handle objections and close cases.
- Good documentation and coordination skills.
