• Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science/information technology with over 12+ years of experience leading and driving transformation for better business outcomes.
• Experience in leading and managing CRM/SF capability, driving technology thought leadership and transformation.
• Exposure to CRM/SF solutions and architecture.
• Experience defining and executing appropriate strategies, operating models, and delivery models.
• Experience in developing people and managing their performance and aspirations to maximize business outcomes.
• Strong customer focus, communication, collaboration, and problemsolving skills.
• Ability to take ownership of delivery and achieve desired outcomes.
• Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Good understanding of the manufacturing domain.
• Exposure to Scrum Master and Project Management metrics.
