    Position: Senior Design Manager

    Experience: 5+ Years

    Location: Gurgaon

    Role Overview:

    The Head of Design will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity and user experience of our brand across various customer touch points. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the UI/UX of our customer-facing assets, overseeing brand identity elements, and driving creative direction for marketing campaigns. He/she will collaborate with business and product heads/teams and deliver as per each business/product line's vision and requirements.

    Responsibilities:

    1. UI/UX Management:

    • Lead the design and development of user interfaces for our mobile apps, websites, and dashboards to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and marketers to translate business requirements into engaging design solutions.
    • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to continually improve and iterate on the UI/UX of our digital products.

    2. Brand Identity Management:

    • Maintain and evolve the overall brand identity, including logo, colour palette, typography, and visual elements, to ensure consistency across all channels and touch points.
    • Develop design guidelines and standards to uphold brand integrity and coherence in all design deliverables.
    • Work closely with marketing and communications teams to ensure brand alignment in all external communications and marketing materials.

    3. Creative Direction and Campaign Execution:

    • Act as a creative director, leading brainstorming sessions and concept development for innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives.
    • Develop creative strategies and visual concepts that resonate with our target audience and drive brand awareness and engagement.
    • Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, from ideation to delivery, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and high-quality design standards.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design or related field from a reputed design school.
    • Proven track record of 6-8 years of experience in a design leadership role, preferably in the financial services industry or with other reputed brands.
    • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including UI/UX design, brand identity development, and marketing campaigns.
    • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, 3D design tools, animation tools etc.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate and present design concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
    • Strategic thinker with a passion for creativity and innovation, coupled with a keen eye for detail and craftsmanship.
    • Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment with a focus on delivering results and meeting tight deadlines.
    • Proficiency in AI design tools will be an added advantage
