- Communicate concepts in a concise, logical manner
- Drive and own decisions to ensure appropriate course representation
- Lead discussions and actively influence development of new strategies to improve training offerings
- Design Course Outline as per the learning objectives and developing training material
- Develop learning content for both e-learning and classroom programmes
- Liaise with subject matter experts to create learning content and develop relevant exercises and case studies
- Exhibit creativity and eye for detail in everyday tasks
- Apply adult learning principles and systematic instructional design to create learning content
- Be aware of various training methodologies and advancements
- Demonstrate excellent language and communication skills, both written and verbal
- 3 to 6+ years of experience in developing curriculum or training content, such as presentations, facilitator guide, participant guide, e-learning modules, session plans, takeaways, videos, quizzes, and assessments
- Could have any one or more of the following:
- MBA in Human Resources
- Degree/diploma in mass communication and journalism
- Degree/Masters in Education or Psychology
