    Reporting of the Role:

    This role reports to the Head - Digital Strategy

    What are we looking for:

    • Strong understanding of digital platforms such as Google, Facebook & Amazon
    • Strong understanding and working of Google Shopping, Facebook DPA, GTM
    • At least 3 years of experience in planning, executing and delivering performance-based campaigns
    • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented and capable of multi-tasking
    • Strong understanding of the difference between media strategy and creative execution
    • Has worked in a system coordinating between servicing/creative/tech teams.
    • Proven track record and problem-solving skills along with the ability to think outside of the box Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment

    Job Description - There are 3 main aspects of the role

    • Work out a clear digital and performance marketing strategy for all accounts for different timelines (monthly, weekly and yearly) to ensure that there is stability on the account and a clear plan across the board.
    • Communicate our strategy and our way of thinking to our client partners and work with them to ensure that we are on the same page with regards to KPI's and timelines etc.
    • Act as a link between client partners and the internal teams to ensure complete clarity of communication and KPI along with presenting weekly and monthly reports to the client, take feedback and take corrective action accordingly.
    • Close estimates and upsells and liaise with the finance teams to ensure that there is smooth progress with regard to invoicing

    What we are looking for

    Tools you're expected to operate:

    • Proficient with Excel, Google sheets and Numbers
    • Proficient in Powerpoint, Keynote, and Google slides.
    • If you have knowledge of using Social media analytics tools, then that's a bonus.

    • Ability to commute to work
    • Own a laptop that you can use at work
    • Get us all tea (Just kidding, we drink coffee)
