Role Description
We are seeking a Sales and Marketing professional specializing in the Wire & Cable segment to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The role involves managing client relationships, developing and executing marketing strategies, driving sales growth, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include identifying new sales opportunities, coordinating with different departments, offering training to clients, and effectively managing the sales cycle. The ideal candidate will represent the company's products while building strong partnerships with customers to meet their requirements and drive business success.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management to ensure achievement of sales targets and effective team performance.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Experience in Training clients or team members on products and sales strategies.
- Demonstrated ability in fostering collaboration and driving growth through strategic sales initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with the Wire & Cable or plastics and polymer industry is advantageous.
- Proven ability to work in on-site roles and collaborate effectively in team settings.
