    JobOverview:

    We are looking for anOperation Engineer for one of our clients who is a leading SolarPower Solution provider.

    As an OperationEngineer you will be reporting to the Head of Project &Services and you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smoothoperation and management of theprojects.

    JobResponsibilities:

    • SinglePoint of contact for clients for planning & communication ofproject details.
    • Work crossfunctionally withBusiness Development Operations & Purchase/Stores teams toensure smooth delivery of products and services to the customer.
    • Overseeing the smooth functioning of the SalesDesign & Business Operations teams for carrying on solarphotovoltaic installation activities.
    • Preparing equipment layout diagrams toposition various components of the solar system keeping in linewith the design presented to the client during the sales procedure.
    • Client Relationship Management to get newreferrals for future sales.
    • Reporting statusto clients & management on a periodic basis in the specifiedformat.
    • Following up with vendors likefabricators civil contractors electrical contractors etc to ensureprework associated with the site is completed as per industrystandards.
    • Following up with clients forpayments based on the stage of completion of the project.
    • Ensuring complete handover of site to serviceteam after installation of the system.
    • Keepingabreast with the latest developments in the field by attendingsolar conferences exhibitions training doing online research andreading research publications.

    JobRequirements:

    • MinimumBE/Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical
    • Should have 23 years of similar experience.
    • Sound knowledge of Civil Constructionfabrications and basic electrical.
    • Preferredmale candidate
    • Should own a vehicle.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skillswith the ability to collaborate effectively across teams andinfluence stakeholders at all levels.
