Job summary

This role is for an E-Commerce Sales Specialist at TalentPop App. The specialist will be responsible for increasing sales and delivering a high-quality post-purchase experience.

Responsibilities

  • Maximize sales opportunities by proactively identifying and executing upselling and cross-selling strategies.
  • Recover lost revenue through subscription recovery and winbacks.
  • Cultivate customer relationships via phone, email, live chat, or SMS to resolve inquiries with a sales-focused approach.
