    Job Description :

    Qualifications :

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

    Master's degree is a plus.

    Salesforce certifications such as Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Application Architect, System Architect, or similar.

    Proven experience (10+ years) working as a Salesforce Architect, demonstrating the progression of responsibility and complexity.

    Extensive knowledge of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

    Strong experience with integration patterns, RESTful APIs, and data migration strategies.

    Proficiency in defining and implementing security controls within the Salesforce ecosystem.

    Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead technical discussions to drive consensus.

    Exceptional communication skills to present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

    Leadership and mentoring experience, with the ability to guide and inspire technical teams.

    Experience with Agile development methodologies.

    Strong understanding of industry best practices related to architecture, design, development and testing

    Key Responsibilities :

    Architectural Leadership: Define the overall Salesforce architecture strategy, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business goals.

    - Act as the subject matter expert on Salesforce architecture and guide technical solutions.

    Solution Design: Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to design effective and innovative solutions using Salesforce products and capabilities.

    - Translate business requirements into technical designs and ensure alignment with industry best practices.

    - Technical Expertise: Stay abreast with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends.

    - Apply deep technical expertise to evaluate new technologies, tools, and methodologies that could enhance our Salesforce ecosystem.

    Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including developers, administrators, project managers, and business analysts, to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce solutions within the broader technology landscape.

    Governance and Standards: Establish and enforce architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices for Salesforce development and implementation.

    - Ensure compliance with security and data privacy regulations.

    Mentorship and Coaching: Lead and mentor a Salesforce administrators and developers team.

    - Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

    Development-Driven Testing: Collaborate closely with Salesforce developers to integrate testing processes into the development lifecycle.

    - Ensure the Salesforce development team adopts best practices for unit testing, code reviews, and test-driven development (TDD).

    Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business stakeholders, executives, and senior leadership to communicate the technical aspects of Salesforce projects, building strong relationships and ensuring a clear understanding of architectural decisions.
