    Role Overview: We're seeking a hands-on growth marketer to drive organic growth for our under-marketed products - DAST, API Security, and Cloud Security Scanner.

    This role isn't about ticking boxes; it's about creating momentum. You'll own how the world discovers, experiences, and trusts these products across social, product launches, communities, and unconventional GTM experiments.

    As a growth marketer, you'll be responsible for:

    • Organic Growth for DAST, API & Cloud Products
    • Co-ownership of Product Launches: Partner with our growth team to launch new products from scratch
    • Product Storytelling & Use Cases: Translate features into compelling narratives across social, email, and community platforms
    • Always-On Awareness: Turn Astra's newer products into regulars on people's feeds through high-signal social content
    • Email Drips That Drive Trials: Nurture our existing list toward trial and product usage
    • Free Tools, Marketplaces, and Engineering-as-Marketing: Collaborate with the dev team to launch free tools or lead-generation projects
    • Community-Led Discovery: Run webinars, events, or topical moments that create a buzz and convert curiosity into users

    Who You Are: You're a creative problem solver who's launched products with low budgets and high creativity. Outcomes drive you, not ego. You think distribution-first and can turn ideas into traction.
