    Responsibilities:

    • Identify and communicate technical infrastructure requirements.
    • Design RPA/Automation solutions, create and maintain documentation.
    • Support existing processes, implement change requirements.
    • Problem-solve RPA/Automation issues, provide timely solutions.
    • Create and document test procedures, support Operational Teams during rollout.
    • Adhere to automation CoE standards.
    • Speak to SMEs, arrange calls, deep dive meetings, and present.

    Requirements and Skills:

    • 2+ years' experience in RPA/Automation development using UIPath, Microsoft Power Automate, or Python with AI Tools.
    • Curious, smart, self-starter, able to use Google and GPTs for problem-solving.
    • Contribute to methodologies and procedures evolution.
    • Understand workflow-based logic, conceptualize automated solutions.
    • Blend business analysis with hands-on RPA/Automation configuration.
    • Strong English communication skills, present technical details to non-technical audience.
    • Structured, methodical approach with an enquiring mind.
    • You should hopefully know more than us in the area with you knowledge & share.
    • Problem-solving aptitude, logical error resolution.
    • Self-starter, adaptable, high-quality work, individual or team player

    Additional Skills:

    • Love ChatGPT and other AI Tools and how the world is changing toward GenAI.
    • Comfortable with developer-challenging tasks, e.g., speaking to SMEs, arranging calls, deep dive meetings, presenting.
    • Embrace learning experience, understand effort leads to knowledge gain.
    • Using Office 365 Tools, SharePoint, PowerBI, Planner, DevOps, Azure OpenAI Studio.
