    We are seeking a Recruiterwith program management experience to develop and recruit the nextgeneration of talent. Early Career Program at our client is animportant business strategy to ensure that we have the gamechangers in place to imagine design and shape thefuture

    YourRole

    You will manage endtoend process ofattracting recruiting and developing of early talents and drivingthe program to achieve the business goal of engaging new talent.

    You will foster recruiting partnerships with schools; coordinatecampus events; create and facilitate dynamic early career programsand develop a talent pipeline of qualified diverse talents thatsupport the firms location strategy; coach apprentice managerelationships with senior leaders and managers and partner withfirm wide stakeholders to ensure the programs success inIndia.

    Additionalresponsibilities include:

    Talent BrandingPartner in the development of impactful campus recruitment/brandcampaigns and their strategic deployment using social media andbranded recruiting collateral
    Candidate Generation Postapproved jobs at target schools partner with Career Servicesfaculty members and internal stakeholders on events and developsourcing strategies to attract diverse talent pool to ourprograms
    Program Development Curate and facilitatestructured Apprenticeship Program to achieve an outstanding overallapprentice experience
    Screening and Selection Facilitateall aspects of candidate selection; resume reviews interviews andselection candidate engagement resulting in entry career talentcandidates
    Onboarding Manage all logistics aspects ofoffer letter; work visas; payroll notification and others with thevarious teams
    Talent Pipeline Ensure adherence toclients global hiring process including comprehensive datacollection of all candidates via ATS (i.e. Workday) database tobuild a talent pipeline of Apprentices
    Partner withInternal Business Groups Meet with leaders to evaluate conversioncandidates upon conclusion of apprentice cohort and facilitateoffer approval and creation process
    Support ProgramPrinciples Ensure local understanding of clients Recruitingpolicies and principles
    Program Results Maintain andprovide metrics to reflect accurate ROI
    BenchmarkingMonitor local industry best practices and provide improvementrecommendation

    Budget:
    Report the financial status ofplanned expenditures against actual expenses BasicQualifications:
    Bachelors in business humanresources or related field
    Minimum of 5 years ofexperience in talent development campus program leading fullcyclecampus recruitment or human resources
    Previous directexperience working in a multinational technology company and as amember of virtual team
    Demonstrate expertise with ATSsystems (Workday)
    Demonstrate ability to buildsuccessful partnerships with all levels of management andpeers
    Excellent communication skills includingpresentation skills and facilitation skills
    Understanding of HR practices and local employment law
    Ability to navigate across tactical and strategicinitiatives
    High degree of initiative andautonomy
