We are having 2 positions, one for Mid level with 2-3 years of experience and Senior level with 3-5 years of experience.

For Mid-level

Job Description:

Conceptualization and execution of illustration or photo-based social media creatives for clients based on the defined creative strategy and approach.

Conceptualization and execution of digital marketing collaterals such as banners, emailers etc based on client requirements.

Creation of design assets required for landing pages or websites.

Define the creative approach for focused digital and social campaigns.

Prepare storyboards for animation/video projects.

Mentor interns and associates, guide and assist them in their daily deliverables.

Skills

Good grasp of layouts, typography and colors

Skilled in design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Affinity)

Ability to visualize briefs and independently deliver creatives without supervision

For Senior Level

Job Summary

End-to-end execution of design for a client

Conceptualize and execute illustration or photo-based social media creatives for clients based on the defined creative strategy and approach

Conceptualize and execute digital marketing collaterals such as banners, emailers etc based on client requirements · Creation of design assets required for landing pages or websites

Define the creative approach for focused digital and social campaigns

Be an active advocate of anything and everything that's creatively inspiring

Skills and Qualifications

Photo manipulation skills

A strong understanding of digital, the visual aesthetics of various digital channels (including social), the content formats available within them and how they can be leveraged in a creative manner

A mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (at least Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects). Experience with other creative software's is a big plus

Drawing/illustration skills, photograph, motion-graphics skills would be an extra plus

An interesting portfolio that demonstrates the fundamentals of design, from layout and typography, to color and composition as well as the ability to come up with exciting content ideas that suit a creative brief and are communicated clearly

Awesome time management skills, with experience in working with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
