- Lead the architectural design process for residential apartment and individual house projects from concept to completion, ensuring aesthetic, functional, and sustainable outcomes.
- Participate in design presentations and discussions with clients to understand their specific requirements and incorporate feedback into the design process.
- Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and zoning analysis to determine project viability and compliance with local regulations.
- Incorporate the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in residential architecture to create innovative and appealing living spaces.
- Oversee and mentor junior architects, providing guidance and support throughout the design and construction phases.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure seamless project delivery and maintain strong relationships.
- Perform periodical site visits to address design challenges and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Work with clients and internal teams to understand functional requirements and interact with the other cross functional teams to architect, design, develop, test and release features.
- Assist cost team in project estimation and sales team questions that arise during the pre-sales process.
