Architect - Design coordinator who shall be able to coordinate on design, understand structural and master layouts. Is pass out from planning and architecture and worked in the industry.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for design coordination with various design agencies, clients, coordinate at the site and internally with regards to Building design

Oversee each turn-key project, including details like permit submission and design evaluations, tenders till handover of project to client

Also oversee that all parameters of the project are suitably captured as a part of design

Conduct meetings on-site with architect, client and construction crew

Design coordination, contract & tendering. Coordination with client & consultants for design development and closure of tender documents.

Collaborate with the architect and construction crew to ensure feasibility of each project

Negotiate with vendors, suppliers and subcontractors

Capability to coordinate with MEP consultants and finalize coordinated drawings for execution.

Should be able to coordinate with project team and release the working drawings quickly to support the project timelines.

Take lead on behalf of all consultants and create cohesive team and deliver all GFC drawings and working drawings on time.

Statutory approvals related coordination.

Share reports on drawing status planned Vs actual on weekly basis.

Able to manage multiple projects.

Cost and quality conscious on all design and details.

REQUIREMENTS

Pass out from Planning and architecture (Bachelors of Architecture)

Proficiency in Autocad or other design softwares

Understand warehousing and industrial buildings

Preferred someone who has worked with a design agency

3-7 years experience in industrial/ logistics park development.

Well versed with latest NBC regulations
