    As a Sales Executive, you will identify and generate leads, build relationships with potential clients, and close sales deals. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth. Ultimately, youll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our companys rapid and sustainable growth.

    Responsibilities

    Identify and prospect potential clients through various methods, including cold calling, networking, and digital channels.

    Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

    Present and demonstrate products/services to potential clients, highlighting their features, benefits, and value propositions.

    Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.

    Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to close deals and maximize profitability.

    Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify opportunities and challenges.

    Utilize CRM software to manage leads, opportunities, and client interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

    Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, tracking progress against goals.

    Gather and incorporate client feedback to improve products, services, and the sales process.

    Stay informed about company offerings, industry best practices, and sales techniques through continuous learning and training.

    Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand professional networks and market knowledge.

    Travel as required to meet with clients, attend meetings, and participate in events.

    Job Specification

    Proven experience of up to 1 year as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the IT Industry.

    Bachelor's degree in BCOM/ BBA/MBA, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

    Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and quotas.

    Strong negotiation and closing skills.

    Adaptability to changing market conditions and a fast-paced environment.

    Strong organizational and time management skills.

    Proficiency in English, Hindi & Gujarati Verbal & written communications.
