• Must have 5+ year experience in Oracle HCM Time & Absence configuration and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Absence modules and business processes.

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Time & Absence Product & Configuration Subject Matter Expert, to lead and support the implementation, configuration, ongoing management of the Oracle HCM Time and Absence modules. The SME will act as a key liaison between stakeholders technical teams ensuring optimal system alignment with organizational policies compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities include:

• Gathering analyzing documenting business requirements related to time absence policies processes.
• Configuring maintaining time absence modules including cards types entry rules approval hierarchies schedules designing implementing solutions aligned organization needs requirements collaborative integration work across hr payroll it teams leading testing efforts troubleshooting resolving issues developing training materials conducting sessions staying updated oracle hcm module enhancements best practices supporting change activities post-implementation support.
