    Passenger Assistance:
    Greet passengers upontheir arrival at the airport and provide a warmandwelcomingatmosphere.
    Assist passengers with checkinprocedures security checks and boardingprocesses.
    Offer guidance and informationabout flight schedules gate changes baggageclaimand other relevant airportservices.2.


    CustomerService:
    Provide exceptional customer serviceby addressing passenger inquiriesconcernsandcomplaints.

    Handle difficult or iratepassengers with patience and professionalismresolvingissues to the best of your abilityor escalating to higher authorities when necessary.

    Ensure that passengers with special needssuch as children elderly individualsorindividuals with disabilities receiveextra assistance as required.3.


    Lost andFound Assistance:
    Assist passengers inlocating lost baggage or personal items by liaising withtheairports lost and found department andcoordinating the retrieval process.4. VIPServices (if applicable):Provide specialservices to VIP passengers such as escorting them througharrangingground transportation and ensuringa seamless travel experience

    5 Appearanceand Conduct:
    Maintain a professional appearance and conductyourselfwith courtesy and professionalism atall times

    6 Shift Work:
    Shift Workincluding nights weekends and holidays as airportsoperatearound theclock

    Qualifications andRequirements:
    High school diploma orequivalent (additional education or certification inhospitalityor tourism is aplus).Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
    Strong problemsolvingabilities.
    Ability to work in a fastpaced andhighstress environment.
    Knowledge of airportoperations and procedures (training may beprovided).Customer service experience ispreferred.
