This is a full-time hybrid role for a Director of Investment Banking. The Director of Investment Banking will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as financial modeling, due diligence, and managing investments. The role is based in Bengaluru but allows for some remote work. The Director of Investment Banking will also be responsible for overseeing investment strategies and ensuring regulatory compliance.

• Strong knowledge of finance and investment banking
• Experience in financial modeling and due diligence
• Ability to manage investments and develop investment strategies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration is a plus
• Certifications such as CFA or CPA are a plus
