    Candidate must have knack for research, good industry connections from the sector and has been part of driving/scaling/building business verticals in Copper in EV& Battery Sector OR Non-Renewables(Energy) sectors, having been part of driving Business, can be from Purchase/Commercials/Strategy/Sale.


    Job Role:

    Technological Innovation:

    Identifying and developing copper-based solutions that address the evolving needs and challenges of the electric vehicle industry, such as improving conductivity, thermal management, and weight reduction in copper components for EVs.


    Market Dynamics:

    Navigating complex market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and competitive landscapes to position company's new products effectively and capture market share in the electric mobility sector.


    • Cross-functional Collaboration: Engaging with diverse stakeholders, including R&D, Engineering, Sales, and Operations teams, to align product development efforts with customer requirements, technical feasibility, and business objectives.

    Quality and Performance Standards:

    Ensuring that new copper products meet stringent industry standards, safety regulations, and performance requirements for electric vehicle applications, while maintaining cost competitiveness and product reliability.


    Sustainability and Environmental Impact:

    Addressing sustainability concerns and environmental considerations in product design, manufacturing processes, and lifecycle management to meet the growing demand for eco-friendly and socially responsible solutions in the EV market.
