    OVERVIEW

    • and technical leadership to customer deployments, as well as integrations, migrations/transfers, upgrades,
    • validations, and product rollout. They assist in the documentation of project plans, customer requirements and
    • plans, configurations, user acceptance tests, and customer-facing validation deliverables. Strong teamwork and
    • collaboration with professional services, client and project management, solutions engineering, support, and
    • product management is required to be effective in this role.

    DESCRIPTION

    • Manage the planning, implementation and delivery of Trial Interactive products and solution offerings
    • Track delivery schedules, ensuring proper quality assurance, and manage changes in work scope
    • Consult with customers to identify, design and implement solutions
    • Work with both operations and technical teams on tracking, keeping, and owning the deliverables for
    • Integrations, Migrations, Transfers, and software Validations
    • Communicate with technical professionals and senior executives and proactively offer solutions to improve
    • their workflow through the life cycle of the project
    • Work closely with managers and staff to ensure proper allocation of resources based on deadlines
    • Serve as a liaison between IT and various teams to drive projects and report out status and updates
    • Create and maintain project plans and other administrative tasks associated with customer implementations
    • Consult with users, management and vendors to assess computing needs and system requirements
    • Evaluate proposals to assess project feasibility and requirements
    • Establish strong working relationship with customers (current and prospective) to define new implementation

    • Participate in sales efforts from a technical services perspective including but not limited to attending bid
    • defenses, KOM, retrospectives and demonstrations as a subject matter technical and process expert
    • Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager/supervisor

    REQUIRED SKILLS

    • Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills, knowledge of technology, and excellent verbal and written
    • communication skills
    • Ability to interface with technical employees and senior executives
    • Good problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
    • Good verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to convey technical processes and terminology into easy to understand language
    • Ability to understand the work required and perform work breakdown structure to develop a project plan
    • Computer literacy, to include PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook and other applications and tools

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

    • Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent in work experience, preferably in a technical field such as computer
    • science, computer engineering or related field
    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical project management, support services or client services driving
    • implementations in a fast-paced environment – preferably high tech
