    Description

    Job Overview:

    We are seeking a skilled data analyst to join our team. As a senior data analyst, you will be responsible for creating and running reports, developing innovative management information, and reviewing data created by others.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Create standard reports and look for opportunities to automate their generation and distribution.
    • Develop new management information using Excel, Qlik Sense, and VBA.
    • Review management information created by other people across the business.
    • Support product management within the operations team, working with colleagues to determine how to measure risk and profitability.
    • Take responsibility for checking that data is correct, set up processes for regular checks, investigate issues, and take appropriate actions.
    • Own mappings, ensuring any new mapping required is added in a timely manner.
    • Understand and explain data, assisting colleagues with questions regarding data access, definitions, and sources.
    • Assist with complex data needs, sourcing data from multiple systems.
    • Test developments before they are released.
    • Be involved in deciding the direction of new developments.
    • Provide training and support on analytics tools for a broad user base.

    Requirements:

    • University graduate with a qualification in B.E/B.Tech (CS/IT).
    • Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
    • Good working knowledge of SQL.
    • Desirable but not mandatory: Knowledge of Python programming language.
