- Support with reward and employment tax related activities including:
- Initial preparation of New Hire Buyout (Make Good Award) calculations based on prior employer forfeiture documents provided by new hires
- Initial preparation of shadow carried interest (Deal Vintage Bonus) quarterly calculations
- Review of comparator remuneration reports and collation of key data
- Benchmarking and job matching support
- Monthly and adhoc system maintenance and TPA notification in relation to:
- Joiners/leavers
- Address/demographic changes
- Make Good Awards, Conditional Performance Bonuses and other adhoc payments
- Monthly share based payment reporting for Finance
- Collection of relevant compensation related documents to be provided to Auditors
- Preparation of compensation related Leaver letters
- Collection of compensation data for individual tax return preparation
- Collection of expense and payment data for annual PAYE Settlement Agreement
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Advanced analytical skills
- Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Detailed-oriented, placing an emphasis on accuracy
- Enthusiastic, resourceful and pro-active team player willing to contribute
- Well-organised and have ability to manage heavy workload/competing priorities
- Experience in compensation analysis in financial industry preferred
- Fluent in English
