- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties, Provide clerical and administrative support to HR Dept.
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies), Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
- Documentation and reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)
- Coordinate (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and maintain minutes of meetings
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing Attendance records (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)
- Communicate to public services, Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
- PF & ESIC records documentation.
- Good communication skills.
- Good command over English, Gujarati and Hindi.
