    Your Profile has been shortlisted for the post of HR Executive.

    Job Profile-

    • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties, Provide clerical and administrative support to HR Dept.
    • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies), Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
    • Documentation and reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)
    • Coordinate (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and maintain minutes of meetings
    • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
    • Assist in payroll preparation by providing Attendance records (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)
    • Communicate to public services, Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
    • PF & ESIC records documentation.

    Skills & Attributes

    • Good communication skills.
    • Good command over English, Gujarati and Hindi.

    Computer Proficiency: Should be Conversant with Advanced Excel Functions.

    Location: Mundra

    Work Experience: 4 - 10 years

    Qualification: Any Bachelor Degree Management degree in HR, MSW or Law Graduate.

    Salary Range: 2.16 to 3.0 LPA CTC
