    Description

    Looking for a person with atleast 3 years of experience in web development using .net/nodeJS,Angular,javascript and GIS technology:

    • Develop software for use in public safety, national security, field mapping, data collection, sensor networks, street navigation.
    • Understand user requirements; design and develop applications for devices that meet real world scenarios.
    • Work with customers to help them successfully deploy apps using the best patterns and practices.
    • Identify issues and improve code quality, including clear and meaningful documentation.
    • Implement unit tests and automate regression testing to ensure baseline quality in all releases.
    • Attend and speak at conferences and other industry conferences.
    • Developing custom web-based GIS applications using ESRI Components.
    • Work effectively in a team to develop high quality GIS solutions.
    • Support Quality Check team in creating Functional Test Cases.
    • Test application at Unit level and meet delivery timelines.
    • Closure of defects logged by Quality Check team.
    • Report work progress status to Manager.
    • Ability to complete assignments under very limited or no supervision.
    • Ability to learn quickly and work independently.

    Desired Skillset:

    • Strong foundation on GIS concepts.
    • Ability to conduct requirements gathering, interpret needs, and design solutions and manage expectations.
    • Good understanding on ArcGIS technology.
    • Minimum of three years in .Net/NodeJS, Angular, DB, javascript and spatial web programming experience on ESRI technology.
    • Strong web application development experience using ArcGIS Server, JavaScript.
    • Development language - JavaScript.
    • Advantage if Working experience on ArcGIS Online (AGOL) OR Portal for ArcGIS (PFA).
    • Configure & customize Web Apps and Solution Templates using WebApp Builder.
    • Configure & customize applications using Portal for ArcGIS (PFA) or ArcGIS online.
    • Good knowledge of Visual Studio and other IDE for Development.
    • Solid understanding of IIS, Webserver and troubleshooting skills are required.
    • Experience working with RDBMS (MS SQL Server and Oracle).
    • Proficient in building and deploying .NET ArcGIS web applications.
    • Knowledge of Angular JS,DB,NodeJS, JQuery and DoJo is desirable.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills (English).
    • Ability to multi-task, work independently, and collaborate effectively with a team.
    • Proactive, self-starter who likes learning new tools and technologies.
    • Knowledge of map navigation, Satellite view description and 3D concept.
