PositionOverview:
Wereseeking a competent and motivated Manager/Assistant Manager with anInter CA qualification to join our Accounts team in Ahmedabad. Theideal candidate will play a vital role in overseeing accountingfunctions ensuring compliance accuracy and contributing tostrategic financialdecisionmaking.
KeyResponsibilities:

• Supervisedaily accounting activities such as accounts payable/receivableledger entries and financial statementpreparation.
• Ensure adherence to accountingstandards statutory requirements and taxregulations.
• Conduct financial analysis tooffer insights for improving financialperformance.
• Coordinate and assist in internaland external audits ensuring compliance and resolution of anyidentified issues.
• Participate in developingand implementing financial policies procedures and controls tooptimize efficiency and mitigaterisks.
• Collaborate with other departmentsproviding financial insights to support decisionmakingprocesses.
• Stay updated with changes inaccounting regulations to ensure compliance andrelevance.

Requirements:

• InterCA (Intermediate Chartered Accountant) certification or equivalentqualification.
• Substantial experience inaccounting roles demonstrating leadership qualities and managerialskills.
• Proficiency in accounting software(e.g. QuickBooks SAP or similar) and advanced MS Excel forfinancial analysis.
• Strong analytical abilitiesattention to detail and organizationalskills.
• Excellent communication skills toliaise effectively across teams and withstakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Provenexperience in an accounting managerial or assistant managerial roleis advantageous.
• Comprehensive understanding oftaxation regulatory compliance and financial reportingstandards.
