    Description

    Job Title: FO/HSDOperator

    Department:Operations /Maintenance

    Location:Trichy

    Reports To:Operations Manager / MaintenanceManager

    JobSummary:

    As an FO/HSD Operator youare responsible for the operation maintenance and monitoring ofFurnace Oil (FO) and HighSpeed Diesel (HSD) equipment and systems.Your role includes inspecting equipment to detect malfunctionsperforming repairs and lubrication taking periodic readings andensuring the smooth and efficient operation of FO/HSDsystems.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    1. EquipmentInspection andMaintenance:
      • Conductregular inspections of FO/HSD equipment to detect malfunctions suchas pump leaks worn bearings or other operationalissues.
      • Perform routine maintenancerepairs and lubrication of equipment using appropriate hand toolsand techniques.
      • Ensure that allmaintenance activities are carried out in compliance with safetystandards and operationalguidelines.
    2. OperationalMonitoring andRecording:
      • Monitorthe operation of FO/HSD systems taking periodic readings offlowmeters pressure gauges fuel meters thermometers and otherrecording equipment.
      • Record andanalyze data to ensure optimal performance and efficiency of theFO/HSDsystems.
    3. TroubleshootingandProblemSolving:
      • Identifyoperational issues or inefficiencies and implement effectivesolutions to addressthem.
      • Coordinate with maintenanceteams and external technicians for complex repairs or technicalchallenges.
    4. SafetyandCompliance:
      • Adherestrictly to safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidentsand ensure the safe operation of FO/HSDsystems.
      • Maintain compliance withall relevant regulatory and environmental standards pertaining toFO/HSDoperations.
    5. RecordKeeping andDocumentation:
      • Maintainaccurate and uptodate records of maintenance work inspectionsrepairs and operationaldata.
      • Prepare and submit regularreports detailing the status of FO/HSD systems and any maintenanceor operationalissues.


    RequirementsEssentialQualifications:

    • Highschool diploma or equivalent; technical training in mechanicalmaintenance operations or a related field ispreferred.
    • Provenexperience as an FO/HSD Operator or in a similar role with handsonexperience in equipment inspection maintenance andoperation.
    • Familiaritywith FO/HSD systems and the specific operational and maintenancerequirements.

    Essential Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma orequivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or related field is aplus. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the audiovisualequipment industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in using billing and inventory management systems.Basic understanding of audiovisual equipment and technology.Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy. Ability to work ina fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Sales-driven with a passion for exceeding targets.
