    About the Role: As a Global Paid Marketing Specialist your key role will be to create a strategic direction and drive the organization's paid marketing initiatives. This position will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing all aspects of paid search, paid social, and other paid media campaigns to achieve key business objectives. This is an individual contributor role.

    What You Will Do:

    ● Be responsible for demand generation from Paid Marketing campaigns

    ● Manage Paid Ad Campaigns across diverse platforms including Google Ads for Search and display, Bing, and various Ad Networks. The PPC specialist will also spearhead advertising campaigns on Social Media Networks such as Facebook, , Quora, and others. Additionally, they will manage additional marketing channels such as Programmatic and Native Advertising,

    ● Manage keyword research, bids, budgets, and financial aspects of campaigns.

    ● Monitor and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, develop and implement strategic paid marketing strategies in alignment with business goals.

    ● Conduct and report an in-depth analysis of account metrics, including but not limited to impression share, Ad Rank, Quality Score, and other key performance indicators.

    ● Implement and oversee conversion tags on Google Tag Manager and other relevant platforms to facilitate comprehensive funnel generation.

    ● Conduct competitor analysis to inform keyword selection.

    ● Drive initiatives to improve search results and brand visibility.

    ● Create compelling ad copies and graphical templates.

    ● Manage Display network placement lists on Google Ads and other contextual advertising platforms.

    What We Are Looking For:

    ● Degree in Marketing or Business Administration

    ● 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM)

    ● B2B SaaS / HR Tech marketing experience, meeting pipeline/revenue targets

    ● In-depth knowledge of Paid Search and industry trends.

    ● Advanced analytics skills; extensive experience with PPC ad platforms.

    ● Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

    ● Additional preferred skills include proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics.

    ● Experience with bid management tools (e.g., Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite)

    ● Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments

    ● Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

    Measures of Success:

    ● Achieve targeted Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) by campaign objectives.

    ● Implement strategic course corrections based on stakeholder feedback, demonstrating agility and proactive issue resolution.

    ● Maximise the sales pipeline by strategically tweaking campaigns within the paid media ecosystem, contributing to enhanced Return on Investment (ROI).
