MTABEngineers is looking for HR Executive Intern who wants to gainindustry experience in performing administrative tasks and supportour HR team. If you are a student ready to start your HRProfessional career and get real time experience in HR processesthen you are at the right place. The duration of this internship is3 to 6 months and you will be paid based on your outcomes.

Asa HR Executive Intern your roles and responsibilities will be asfollows:

CoreFunctionalResponsibilities

• Create and updatingjob descriptions as and whenrequired
  
• Advertise job openings on companys careers page social media job boards and source potentialcandidates from online channels
  
• Craft Recruiting emails toattract passive candidates and screen incoming resumes andapplicationforms
  
• Provide shortlists of qualifiedcandidates to hiringmanagers
  
• Updating Employee data base on ourportal
  
• Gather information on attendance and leavedata as and when required
  
• Coordinate with Accounts team on the payrollprocessing details
  

GeneralResponsibilities:

• Collaborate withmanagers to identify future hiringneeds
  
• Use theoretical knowledge tobring a fresh perspective to the various day to dayactivities
  
• Participate in weekly reviewmeetings with various teams.
  
• Work with reporting manager business headsand internal teams
