Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Bandra for a Client Coordinator at Spin N Press.

Your responsibilities will include handling all client inquiries, being the primary point of contact for all clients, and actively working to build client relationships.

You are expected to work collaboratively with the internal team and ensure all customer orders are received and processed on time.

The role also expects the candidates to make home visits as and when required to understand the client requirement. Order Management & Inventory Handling will be the core essential.
Should have knowledge about latest fashion trends and apparel's.

QualificationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong customer service orientationAttention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience in client services and relationship management.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skillsBachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experienceProficient in MS office and Google sheets
