    Job Responsibilities:

    As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in our talent acquisition efforts, with a primary focus on closing positions in both India and the United States, particularly emphasizing leadership hiring. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual who can effectively partner with hiring managers, understand their talent needs, and execute recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Leadership Hiring: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for senior leadership positions across various business units, both domestically and internationally.
    • Strategic Partnering: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, develop recruitment strategies, and provide ongoing updates on recruitment progress.
    • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to identify and engage potential candidates.
    • Screening and Evaluation: Conduct initial screenings of candidates, assess their qualifications and fit for the role, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
    • Interview Coordination: Coordinate interview schedules, liaise with candidates and hiring teams, and ensure a smooth and efficient interview process.
    • Offer Management: Facilitate offer negotiations, extend employment offers to selected candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the offer process.
    • Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical positions, proactively sourcing and engaging passive candidates for future opportunities.
    • Data Analysis and Reporting: Track recruitment metrics, analyze hiring trends, and generate regular reports to monitor recruitment effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
    • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, maintain accurate recruitment records, and adhere to internal policies and procedures.
    • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and innovative recruitment techniques, and incorporate them into recruitment strategies and processes.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in recruitment, with a focus on leadership hiring and closing positions in India and the US. (Preferably in US Accounting and Taxation - Non IT positions)
    • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
    • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in India and the US.
    • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
    • Must be flexible to work in UK/US shifts.
