Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer proficient in Lightning Web Component (LWC), Integration, and Rest API to join our team in Pune.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Salesforce development, with a focus on Lightning Web Components and integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST Develop, customize, and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) in Salesforce platform to meet business requirements.

Design and implement efficient and scalable solutions for integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and propose technical solutions leveraging Salesforce platform capabilities.
Participate in code reviews, ensuring best practices are followed and code quality is maintained.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies, and propose recommendations for continuous improvement.
Document technical designs, processes, and procedures related to Salesforce development and integration activities.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers as Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
57 years of overall IT experience, with at least 4 years of handson experience in Salesforce development.
Proficiency in Lightning Web Component (LWC) development is required.
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, including customization, configuration, and integration capabilities.
Experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs.
Handson experience with Salesforce development tools such as Salesforce DX, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II are preferred.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
