    • Maximize revenue and achieve business targets through client renewals and upsells.
    • Act as a consultant to clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction through personalized solutions.
    • Capture key feedback for client experience improvements through data analysis.
    • Lead quality service demonstrations by the team on video meetings.
    • Conduct regular team trainings and audits to maintain service quality.
