We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to generate sales through outbound and inbound calls.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services ,
- Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information ,
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions ,
- Achieve daily, weekly, monthly sales targets by maintaining customer records updating CRM data regularly handling objections professionally closing sales effectively coordinating with internal teams order processing follow-ups ensuring customer satisfaction building long-term relationships
