    • Analyze recruitment metrics and market trends to refine strategies and maintain competitive edge in talent acquisition.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Proven talent acquisition experience with expertise in headhunting and competitor analysis.
    • Strong communication skills and proficiency in ATS, social media, and professional networks for recruitment.
    • Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze data and trends to improve recruitment outcomes.
