    Job Scope:

    The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding employees in the organization.

    Job Responsibilities:

    · The candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end recruiting experience, strategy, and execution. The Talent Acquisition Partner is the main point of contact for our candidates and hiring managers across the full recruiting life cycle, leveraging innovative approaches to attraction, sourcing, selection, interviewing, offering, and closing. They factor in the long-term goals of an organization and acknowledge that people play a huge role in a company's future successes. You will also be responsible for ensuring that current employees are satisfied in their positions and promoting a company's brand through recruitment initiatives and events. Put simply, the Talent Acquisition Specialist has the organizational task of finding the most suitable person for the job.

    · Responsible for end-to-end recruitment cycle of the business unit ensuring that one conducts strategic planning, attraction, sourcing, selection, and conversion of candidates for both specific requisitions, building a diverse pipeline of highly skilled resources, effectively managing candidate relationships, and selling IBM as an employer of choice – all to ensure the right talent is available when needed.

    · Execute sourcing strategies to create a diverse candidate pool for management consideration. Conduct in-depth resume/candidate review and screening.

    · Handle recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, follow-up till the candidate joins. Articulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process/reporting/metrics.

    · Develop a solid working relationship with the Business / Hiring Manager. Provide advice and counsel on job descriptions. Manage Hiring Manager's expectations through a deep understanding of business. Work with hiring managers of business units to understand immediate and future requirements in business units to regulate direction of efforts.

    · Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification. Possess strong ability to screen, interview and prepare an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.

    · Concentrating on effective networking methods to reach the greatest number of potential candidates through internet sourcing, direct mailing, LinkedIn, industry leads & sources, key contacts, portals, etc.

    · Must be able to understand how to recruit passive candidates and possess the mentality to "profile people and gauge chemistry of candidates for fit and understand their motivation" rather than sell a role.

    · Follow & commit with Yotta's Policy statements (eg. QMS/EMS/OHS/ISMS/PIMS/ITSM / BCMS / EnMS etc.)

    · Undertake applicable training as communicated from time to time.

    · Understand the organization's expectations towards all management systems the company is certified for.

    · Participation in Risk assessment process, contribute in achieving departmental & management system objectives.

    · Adhere to confidentiality policy to safeguard sensitive company information, maintain trust with clients and partners, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

    · Perform their duties in the event of emergency as per roles in ERP/BCMS plan.

    · Assist in maintaining PIMS controls throughout personal data lifecycle.

    Good to Have Skills:

    · Microsoft Office

    · Work experience in talent acquisition or similar roles

    · Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks

    · Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods

    · Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems

    · Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates

    · A keen understanding of the requirements for each role in the company

    · Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends

    Qualification and Experience:

    · Graduate (Any)/Post-Graduation (MBA/PGDM) in HR

    · 6+ years of experience.
