- 1 to 3 years of experience as a Tele Caller or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools
- Basic knowledge of the paint industry is a plus
- Fluency in English and Hindi. Knowledge of other regional languages is a plus
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the features and benefits of our products and services
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Identify and qualify leads, and maintain a customer database
- Build rapport and establish good relationships with customers
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends
