    Job Title: Senior Inside Sales Leader - High-Growth SaaS & High-Tech Industry

    Location: Hyderabad

    JD:

    1. 5+ years of experience leading an inside sales organization in a high-growth company is preferred

    2. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams, for both technical and non-technical audiences

    3. Solid knowledge and understanding of the end-to-end Sales lifecycle.

    4. Willingness to work in shifts basing on the geographies assigned

    5. Competent with Microsoft Office Suite,

    6. Prior experience in B2B, SaaS, and the high-tech industry

    7. A motivated go-getter

    Required Skills:

    1. Knowledge on the industry verticals

    2. Prior experience in interacting with the C-suite

    3. Maintain a qualified healthy pipeline

    4. Work with engineering and marketing teams

    5. Conduct a needs analysis and determine client's pain points to determine how the ValueLabs solution will cater to those needs.

    6. Create strong relationships with key client stakeholders at executive, senior and mid-management levels

    7. Create a full-fledged sales & revenue strategy to the assigned client accounts.

    8. Understand the competitive landscape and market trends

    9. Understand and effectively communicate the company's value prop, tech, process and current partnerships

    10. Reaching out to contacts through cold emails / LinkedIn messages / calls to generate awareness / interest about ValueLabs and services

    11. Extensively knowledgeable in secondary research on companies and individual using different Market research tools like LinkedIn, Tech Crunch, Bloomberg etc.

    Qualification-MBA from top B school.
